the apartment looked new and comfortable affable and helpful employees, i appreciated that. it had a stunning location right in the heart of kl with stores around.

Staff was amicable and highly efficient despite our late arrival. A gym was available.

We spent hours playing and bonding together. The children's playground was also a hit, with plenty of fun activities for the kids. It's a great place to keep them entertained while we relaxed nearby.

My wife says that it would have been even better if there were more children's activities organized by the hotel.

The place was fairly clean with quiet atmosphere not far from the center, the city centre and KL landmarks. A roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were a bonus. Location was beautiful and good, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
